1. Graduate in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Electronic Media or any other related Arts and Design program
   
2. Graduate in any other stream apart from Art and Design, but with a background and genuine interest in Arts / Craft / Performing Arts etc..
   
3. People without a graduate degree, but skilled in fine art and art forms.

Age limit: 18yrs to 30 yrs
